I visited today at 5:20 PM and was disappointed by the service. The manager in a grey shirt took our order very poorly. I understand long shifts can be tough, but customers deserve respectful treatment. She also forgot my pastry, and when I went back, her response was dismissive and unhelpful.nnThe other staff member was polite and tried to assist, but the manager's attitude was unacceptable. Tim Hortons is a big brand and should uphold its standards.
I don’t know what’s going on in Tim Hortons. May be they don’t trained their employees enough. They throw your order on counter , burned food, no sugar or too much sugar,and no welcome, messy, stinky washrooms.This is very common problem at tim hortons but the new thing is THEY SPEAKING RUDE TO CUSTOMERS. It was never before. They don’t know how to make the coffee which one is main thing at Tim Horton .management should look into it & fix it. At least train them how to speak with customers.
The worst experience I ever had from Tim Hortons. The staff was pathetic at their service and served the food by throwing and not my serving properly. There were 3 girls working in afternoon around 4 pm and the way of handling customers was not appropriate. Kindly look into it asap.
It honestly depends what time of day you go to this location. The girls that work at night deserve 5 stars and the girls during the day deserve 1 star. At night there is only person working, they are nice/polite and they WORK! During the day there is 4 people and if you preorder, you can watch a line of 7-8 people get served that’s when I usually speak up and ask them if they are making preorders because otherwise I’m next in line or one more person and there was no point in preordering
Innisfil service area branch is always slow to serve.nI was 2nd in line to be served, took them 10 minutes to take my order, and another 10 minutes to get my order completed. My order was only 2 regular coffees.
