Worst tim ever visited. Staff first wasn't on the counter. Then, didn't greet it properly asked for bagel and said do you see any? Wth you are the worker here not me. Coffees was not made properly as well. Half of the ingredients were missing. Please make sure nigh shift employees are properly aligned. Not expected this experience from a brand named tim Hortons
The Tim hortons counter is highly mismanaged and mis organized and the place is run by these cranky people who do not know what customer service is. I would be very wary going in here for an order.
I ordered a turkey sandwich with cheese, no bacon, but it came with bacon. Luckily, I checked it before I started eating. I had to return it for the correct order.nThe floor was being mopped at 10 am while customers were lining up to order.nGenerally, it's a great place to eat.
This incident is from May 11th 2024, 2:35 pmnnThere are 4 people in Tim Hortons front yet they can't serve 3 people in line on time.nn1 girl is just busy to clean all.of machines - back, sides, front at busy hournn1 is just taking orders on counter and not even movingnnOther 2 are doing rest of the work.nThe manager needs to check cameras and give training properly.nnPlus they do not have drive thru, why so much delay and long lines for basic orders like cold coffee and medium double double.nnPlease look into it .
Nice place to drink coffee and I like more French vanilla coffee there
