There is only one Tim Hortons in and around the city of Banff. So, I would highly recommend people to order ahead on their mobile app and pick it up later which saves plenty of time. We went there several times irrespective of what time it was. It was very busy in the mornings and slightly free in the evenings. I really loved their pastries, and their coffee. Cheers to their friendly staffs.
The best Tim Hortons that provides meals for our tour buses. Theresa is a great manager and she is always on top of it. The professionalism at this location is the best and the food comes out promptly. Thank-you for doing such a great job!
This was our first time to a Tim Horton’s and we were actually quite impressed. Had a veggie sub sandwich and the chipotle lime veggie wrap. Both were absolutely delish and it was a nice respite from the expensive meals we had during the rest of our trip. Fast service and good coffee we had a vanilla cappuccino and then finished Amit all off with a maple donut. So good! We actually had the same meal at a different location the next day because it was so tasty. Would definitely return!
As others have mentioned, with no drive thru, the parking lot fills up quick in the morning. The overall design of the flow of customers could be better, but again, who can complain about THortons

This location is in a bad sport to start. Parking is very busy. The service is friendly considering the customer base that pop in and have bad attitudes to start from the parking situation. The service is not prepared for the amount of clientele they get. It’s the only Tim Hortons in town.
This place is soooo busy. They did great on our order. But that parking lot. Wow. What a mess. It’s sad that people sit in their cars to eat and park awful. So when you just want to run in and get something and leave, you can’t. Drive around and around so that you can park to go in. Everything else is good but that parking lot!Recommended dishesMorning Set
Never met a more miserable group of people in my life. The manager is extremely rude and aggressive for no reason. Always a negative experience in here for years. Go to Canmore Tim’s instead the service is way better and the food is what it’s supposed to be.
Terrible. Went on Sunday April 17@ 3pm. Ordered a double double. Tasted like no sugar was added. Informed staff and asked for a new double double. Tasted as bad as the first; no sugar was added. Filipino staff Don t know what a Double Double is?!?!?
Food is always fresh and you get far more variety than mcds. If you download the Tim's app you also get many deals as well as free items and prize draws. Always organized and fast service even when it's busy.Food: 5/5
