This place is way too busy. Came here for a vanilla cone special but none of the ice cream machines were working. The washrooms are downstairs and are hot, muggy and fragrant.

Just your good ole dons, some of the self ordering machines touch sensitivity aren’t great and are often out of receipt paper to tell which number you are. Standard quality, classic

Food is basically what a McDonald's tastes like. Service here was a bit worse than others I've been to. Had my order number up on the screen but staff were chatting away so they removed it, I had no idea when my food was done. I also requested an eat-in meal so I was expecting a tray, but all my food was given in a bag. I had to eat out of a bag, which made it a bit hard as I ordered quite a bit.

It was good that the food came out quickly. The ketchup sauce container was broken.Food: 5/5

This is truly an amazing place. We did not stay there because it was out of our budget, but as visitors, we found this place very friendly and great. There is a lot to see, a lot of history and many beautiful halls and rooms to see. The outside patios are beautifully filled with colorful flowers and they come out great on your picture. We walked around the lobby and everyone was very polite and friendly. You can take tons of pictures. I love this place

You know what i have to say? It is Banff absolutely awesome location for fast food restaurant. Unfortunately i can not recommend this McDonald's for visit‍ During last weekend i have been wait my order 29 minutes... Just cup of coffee and one ice cream. So if you have a lot of time to waste it in dirty and warm place - welcome to Banff McDonalds. Shame place as for me. Never again

A bit disappointed on my filet o’fish, the tartar sauce was just a tiny bit at the corner of the filet. Tasted dry without enough tartar sauce. I asked the attendant and he said it’s supposed to be like that… I asked if it’s suppose to be just a squeeze of sauce ? He said yes. Fortunately, he’s willing to give me extra cup of sauce to finish up my meal. Well, to the manager of this branch:- please watch out for quality control, this is my worse experience in McDonald.

Ask for no bacon on my egg mcmuffin but when I got it there was bacon. Not a huge issue since I can ask for a new one, but explain to me why they just took off the bacon and then give it back to me?? I wouldn't have come in and ask for a new sandwich if I was okay with just taking the bacon off! Took a bite and had a small piece of bacon in it. I cannot eat meat could be very dangerous for me. Extremely dissatisfied. I wouldn't have minded waiting for a new sandwich. Waste of my time. Do better.

All orders considered as take-out. That ends up producing lots of garbage, which is unacceptable within the boundaries of a national park. Toilets and tables filthy.Food: 2/5
