Highly recommend, the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. It was my first time on a water taxi and I loved the experience with my daughter. We took it to center island and back. You may think it's a bit pricey, but definitely worth it. I rather a boat taxi then being on a ferry packed with people coming from a introvert with a social phobia.
This was an amazing ride we took with Tiki taxi to the Centre Island. These taxis look so cool, loved the vibe. Marc was a fun person to take the ride with, he took our pictures, suggested us the best burger on Centre Island, which we loved so much! The ride was so amazing that while returning we called Tiki Taxi even though there were other taxis besides the ferry waiting for passengers. They were there in literally 8-9 mins of the call. While the other taxis were still waiting for more people, tiki taxi started with just the two of us. It made the whole experience even better. Thanks to Marc at Tiki taxi! Just take the Tiki Taxi already, you won’t be disappointed!
A great way to beat the queues for $12 one way. Only 6-8 people per ferry and you can book it for private trips too. The team is very friendly and enthusiastic.
My friends and I went late but he still took us on the ride. it was a smooth ride, beautiful view of the city and he told some great stories. I Wouldn’t ride with anyone else
Very frequent service and very friendly staff. I like how they informed us of the option to take the free municipal ferry back if we opt out of taking another taxi. Nice music and the boat driver was friendly. This beats waiting for the ferry.
Always have a great time taking the Tiki Taxi service to the island. They are always coming and going so you never have to wait very long at all. The price is very reasonable considering the speed and reliability. They are very LGBTQ friendly which is makes the service safe for all folks.
Nice, comfy, reliable and their response time to call a taxi on demand is pretty good. Would recommend buying the 80$ pass if you travel to the islands enough during the summer time.
I live downtown and take Tiki Taxi often in the spring/summer to get to the islands and they are definitely my favorite water taxi company in Toronto. Friendly staff, safe ride, they help carry my bike on and off the boat at Queen's Quay. Love em.
These folks are so friendly, really helpful with the gear, bikes etc and they a 10 ride pass for 80$
