Probably the worst cab service in all of the GTA. Even their vehicles rarely seem to be marked with their synonymous diamond sign so you can pick them out in a crowd. The only taxi service in the city that could possibly be worse are those random individuals driving around in illegitimate taxi simulacrums.
Connected to dispatcher, even giving name of dispatcher. Prompt reply and cab driver excellent service.
They did their best to try and get my bag back and it was very appreciated. Thanks for caring! If I need a cab I will definitely use Diamond in the future
Used to be the most popular and well-known cab co in downtown Toronto. But now apparently no oversight or accountability from drivers

The operator picked up within 1 ring, and the driver arrived 5 minutes later. Got me to my destination quickly too... What else could you ask for?
