The 1 Star reviews ring true. Had a pick up scheduled for this morning and they no showed. No call, stranded us. This just isn’t a good way to do business. Look for a more reliable company to get you where you need to go.
They never show up. At least 5 times I waited over an hour and call. They say "well the driver says they picked you up." I stood there and there was never a taxi in sight, they just lie.
Absolute brutal service booked the taxi 6 hrs in advance and they are more than 40 min late. Dispatch can't even give me an ETA. Unreal, this is precisely why people choose Uber
Terrible service wouldn't even give 1 star but had to for review they never even showed up after 35 min .

These people were 30 minutes late so I desided to call another taxi they have horrible service never call this taxi place
The guy who answered the phone wasn't very patient.
