Used Imperial to go from Pearson to Burlington, which is listed as an $85 flat rate on their website. Driver refused the flat rate, charged $105 metered, and then was confused when he didn’t get a tip. Those extra $20 were more than enough for his tip.

If I could put ZERO stars, I would!!! Worst driver I ever experienced, and charged limo rate instead of taxi rate from airport after checking website rates. I will not be using this company again in the future. Not happy!!

Used to be good and they used to send you really nice lincon town cars but now you end up with a Honda or low-end  Toyota
