It tastes really great but one thing that could be better is mini pearl. I prefer the regular sized pearl to others but there is no option in this place. **There is a promotion! If you buy 2 bubble tea, you will get a Chinese lucky charm. You can choose the design as well. I think it is very cute promotion :

New and clean location with plenty of menu options. However drinks are small for the price. No large size available. They use a mix of pearls small balls and boba large balls which makes it more interesting. Pearls were fresh and chewy, but lack in taste. Milt tea and brown sugar were delicious.

I'm not sure how it's taken me this long to try Tiger Sugar, but I was shopping near their Metrotown location recently, and finally went by to try their drinks. On my first visit, I ordered their signature drink: the brown sugar boba and pearl milk with cream mousse. I think my girlfriend and I agreed that it was probably THE best brown sugar drink we've ever had. Something about the deep caramelized taste of the brown sugar pearls really set it apart from the other brown sugar drinks I've had before. The mix of boba and the smaller pearls gave it a particular difference in texture and depth. Combine all that with the fresh Avalon BC milk, and you got yourself a perfect summer thirst quencher!! The only complaint from my first visit would be for the oolong. I didn't see a brown sugar oolong milk tea option, which was a bit disappointing, but from what I heard, it might be available at other Tiger Sugar locations. Also, I wish the oolong tea was a bit more flavourful. Even with less ice, the tea itself tasted a bit watered down. On our second visit, during their half-year anniversary, I tried their brown sugar cafe latte. While very good, I think the addition of the coffee actually took a bit away from the simplicity of the brown sugar milk. I liked how strong the coffee was though! Woke me right up! Huge shoutout to the amazing staff and team at the Burnaby location of Tiger Sugar!! They were all so friendly and patient when we were trying to take food pics.

My new favorite Bubble tea place! I will surely recommend their creamy bubble tea. I always order A3 Brown sugar Boba Milk and add an updgrade for cheese mousse. You will surely not regret it. Sometimes the wait is very long, so you can really tell that their bubble tea is very popular.

New location that opened back in Dec 2020 and I finally got a chance to try it. Got the jasmine tea latte with boba and the oolong tea latte with pearls. There is no difference in taste between the boba and pearls, just a size difference. Even with 30% sugar, the oolong tea flavor wasn't very strong, but the jasmine tea was very fragrant. I would recommend the jasmine tea for all the tea lovers out there. Staff were very nice and service was quick, but the cup size is smaller than the usual bubble tea cup sizes and I didn't find that the drinks were something to write home about, they were pretty average. If I'm in the area, I would stop by for a drink, but I won't go out of my way to come here.

The best ‘Brown Sugar Milk Tea with Pearls’ period. I didn’t like bobba from most of the places around here except for tiger sugar and one other place.

bubble tea was wonderful - what surprised me most was the sizes of the pearls, which were varying. when visiting, there were already a few people buying bubble tea, so the store is a bit busy. however, we didn't have to wait long to get our bubble tea either. I would love to visit again and try a different flavour :

I had drink K3. Really love the creamy taste of the drinks here, don't really get that anywhere else. However I think for the price the portions are pretty modest at best. Don't forget to shake well before you drink.
