Nice, reasonably clean cozy interior design with a handful of 2 seaters. This place has gone really downhill though under it's new management. I thought the prices were okay until they butchered my drink, I didn't even know something with full sugar could be so bitter and definitely not worth $7. They do have coffee now, which I haven't tried. They were very slow, but it seems they just haven't streamlined the tea making process yet.
Another bubble tea chain, however this one uses real tea bags instead of the powdery mix. Good concept but staff lack training and friendliness, the cashier was pretty rude and by 4pm they had ran out of brown sugar drinks already as they are hyping these types of drinks at the moment. Seating is very limited in this location.
Really good milk tea, made from real tea, with high quality pearls. Many customization options. The cups are really convenient as well. The only drawback is the service or lack thereof but it doesn’t really matter in a bubble tea shop.
Best bubble tea in Vancouver! Love the green tea cream cheese series, the brown sugar pearls, and matcha. Soooo addictive. Can't live without Taan Char now!
I got the oreo brulee milk tea with pearls, and did not like the drink nor the pearls and pudding. I had three sips and threw the whole drink away, as the milk tea was kind of bland with no flavour and the pearls were small and a little hard even though the lady said it was just freshly cooked. $6.55 for a small is expensive and not worth the price here. The service was okay, not the most friendly and seemed like she didn't want to answer my questions about the three brown sugar milk drink options. Won't be coming back.
I tried Grapefruit Full house plus cream cheese cap and popping jelly. The drink tastes good. There are Grapefruit slices on the side of the bottle. Looks very pretty! The place is nicely decorated. It's a cozy small place with few tables available I paid around $8 for the drink included the extra charge for $1 cream cheese. If you want to have any pearl or jelly, there will be extra charge as well It is a bit pricey for a drink. It would be great if it is bigger portion
I don't usually mind mediocre services, especially for a quick bubble tea. But this girl decided to give me and my wife some attitude for some unknown reason... Maybe she just had a bad day but she should still act professionally. The tea itself was too sweet.
The lady there seriously had some attitude issues. She’s super rude and can’t answer a simple question! I just asked what were in the three variety of brown sugar bubble teas and she would be super passive aggressive about it. I was super nice to her since I was just browsing and felt bad if I didn’t buy anything and I’m GLAD I didn’t pay money for her poor service. I usually don’t mind it but this woman seems to always be having a bad day. My friend bought a drink and only took a few sips before throwing the whole thing away. I tried it and it’s bland compared to what other bubble tea places offer.
I was alone and ordered 7 drinks to go, I was given two macdonald typed 4-cups trays. I told her, I’m taking public transit and no way for me to carry 2 trays with me. A nice gentleman there offered me another type of cup holder tray which comes with handle. But a lady named Paula, she said she’s the manager of the store, refused to give me that as she’s running out of that type of tray. I told her I’m not buying one cup and asked for 4 cup tray holder. She still insisted not giving that to me
I came in at noon on a Wednesday and they had no pearls? So I opted for milk tea and pudding . It was meh, I've had better drinks. The girl at the front wasn't too friendly either. Maybe I'll come by another time when there's pearls...
