Quite a wait but they did mention that before ordering. The place itself does not have much ventilation. Recommend ordering the mix pack to try each flavor and eat them while it is hot. I personally love the mochi and so does my daughter.Recommended dishesMochi

Came here for the Eggyaki. Servers were super friendly but this place is still super popular. Customers wait outside before opening and there’s usually about an hour wait to get your order. Drinks come right away though. We got our drinks and took a walk before they texted us to pick up the Eggyaki. We got a box each of the custard and mochi flavours. It was good - although I think it’s be better if the outsides were more crispy. The presentation was top notch. Even without the egg carton boxes - which I’m sure would make it even more adorable. Very cute snacks. Would be happy to try again once the crazy lines have died down. Totoro approved!

I came here for the eggyaki specifically! I saw so many great photos taken by others on social media. I definitely wanted to try the cute eggyaki once. I ordered 6 eggyaki 3 taro and 3 custard. They looked cute as you could tell by the photos. They tasted good similar to the egg or bubble waffles. The staff placed the eggyaki in a paper egg box. It is similar to buy a box of eggs from a supermarket. The presentation was great indeed. They got drink menus as well but I personally did not order any beverages as I knew my bod could not take too much sugar. I saw many people ordered different bubble tea beverages. They all look great. Customers could ask for less sugar or less ice just like regular bubble tea places. Customer service was great. The staff greeted you and asked for our orders politely. They let us know we had to wait for 15-20 mins for eggyaki as so many customers in front of us ordered the same thing, so totally understood that waiting would be fine. There is paid street parking right outside the restaurant but I am so cheap that I would rather park further and walk to the restaurant One thing I think the restaurant could be improved would be the seating area. The restaurant is small so the seating area is smaller. However, it is quite dark at night when I went there last night. Lighting or interior decor could have some improvements.

all the staff are super nice!!!! came right around closing and they weren’t trying to rush me out at all. they were out of mochi for a drink but had no problem adding extra ingredients as a substitute! come here, buy drinks, and tip these nice people! everything was super tasty too!

The eggyakis here are amazing - they are freshly made with just the right amount of sweetness! My favourite is the original custard it’s sooo good

The eggyakis are cute. My favorite flavor is the nutella eggyaki as I did not find the other ones sweet enough for my taste. My friend really liked the custard and mochi flavor.

Guulu is an adorable spot for an after dinner treat! Came here to try their eggyaki and selection of drinks on a Friday night. It wasn’t busy when we arrived at around 8:30pm. Eggyaki is basically a taiyaki, but shaped as an egg. The dough tastes the same as what a traditional taiyaki would. They currently have a small selection of fillings but are looking to add more. We tried custard, taro, mochi, and Nutella, but liked custard the most. None of the flavours were overwhelmingly sweet at all. For drinks, we tried The Bubble Tea and Orange Sunset. Unfortunately The Bubble Tea tasted watered down and under sweetened, the pearls a bit overcooked. Orange Sunset, however, was very refreshing and flavourful! I’m still curious to try their other drinks so will definitely give them another go. I’m looking forward to more flavours of Eggyaki- hopefully they add red bean, black sesame, matcha custard - those would be super yummy in their batter!

I got the assorted mix and match! There were custard, taro, Nutella, and mochi but they ran out of mochi when I went : it reminds me of hk egg puffs with filling. Def eat when hot! Be prepared to wait 15-20 minutes if there’s people and they need to make a fresh batch! More details: IG: mishinnoms

Taking out one start because there’s not bathrooms for customers. Otherwise, everything were great. Great staff, super cute eggyaki, mochi flavor was my favorite. I had the strawberry dafu drink and it was surprisingly good. It’s like strawberry milk with liquid mochi. Worth a try! Husband hates his drink though, mostly because most of his lychee drink was just ice.
