Tiger Plumbing

Had been a loyal customer for years. I Will never do business with this company again. Jeff is rude and unhelpful. Called them for a clogged toilet at one of my rentals, first call they never showed up, then two trips to fix a toilet a later I get a call that the toilet can't be fixed and that it needs to be replaced. They did not replace the toilet and after 2 months I get a bill for $300. I called the week I got the bill and when I questioned how the bill could be $300 for a toilet that was still not fixed, Jeff attacked me personally and demanded I send a check before hanging up on me. I had never spoken to Jeff before that day. I paid the bill but I am extremely disappointed in the lack of service and will never use this company again.

Quoted 2 other plumbers. Tiger was the best. Ross came to do the work. Professional, on time, polite, and flexible with the change request on the spot. I would recommend them to anyone. And I've had some bad experiences with other plumbers. Thanks for everything! You guys are the best!

We have used Tiger Plumbing a few times. John was amazing. They were here within an hour to assess the problem and had it fixed the same day.

Great job as always, fixed problem quickly and at quoted price. Professional, courteous and knowledgeable. The only plumber's we use!

Very professional. Called them to have a sink drain snaked. Took it upon himself to fix the galvanized pipe from the wall as well. Highly recommend. Make sure to check the website for coupons.
