Sink would not drain. Plumber looked at problem and routing was the possible solution to unplug a sink. After routing I suggested using a new pop-up stopper I had purchased two different sizes. Plumber tried both and said neither were the right length. Plumber said nothing else can be done so put old original stopper on and said I need to find a stopper to fit. Sink did not drain, after $272.00 no solution. I am 70 years old and tried replacing old stopper using one plumber said was wrong length. I put it on and it works fine. What a waste of time and money. I would not recommend them.

I dealt most recently with Lou. He came on time, diagnosed the problem rapidly, and provided an expert remedy. I wish every home repair issue, plumbing or otherwise, was as efficient and well-done as this one. Thanks to BMW and to Lou. He is the best.

After many quotes on a large project BMW came out and was by far the best quote and also the most informative. They were constantly checking in and so helpful.

They were prompt and professional and gave us several options for dealing with our emergency. Follow-through was competent and timely. Pricing was very fair.
