Midcity Plumbing

I called and scheduled an appointment to work on a leaky outside faucet. They said they would be available the next day and would call in the morning. They never called so I did to see what was happening. They said it would be in the afternoon and they would let me know. You guessed it...no phone call. I called (again) and they said they would like to reschedule for tomorrow. This is Christmas week and I have already waited 2 days for them. Do they really think I would be dumb enough to wait a third day?

I cant say enough good things about this company and the plumbers. Very courteous and professional. Every time I've called them they come the same day. They are fare priced and don't take advantage if you need them in a hurry. I highly recommend this company. Diana

I have dealt with Scott and the boys since back when they were in River Grove. Crazy low rates that always shock me regardless of the scope of the work. They are always reassuring that they can figure it out in my time of need (and/or desperation) and they always do. My only choice for plumbing needs.
