The tech changed two outside faucets. He did a good job that's why the 2 stars. They are very very expensive. I read a review before booking them stating they charge too much but got them anyway. Get other estimates before hiring them. Please!!!!

The service was second to none. These guys did a great job on reconfiguring my sewer line. The price was good also. I would highly recommend them to my friends and family.

I contacted Downing Plumbing to replace a very old water heater. The technician quoted me for the replacement water heater and after I approved the quote was able to schedule me for same day installation. The technicians were prompt and courteous, and was able to answer any questions I had. I am very happy with the work performed.

Altogether positive. Repaired broken sewer line. Major project, had to dig up front yard. Workers courteous, efficient. Fair price. Always use Downing!

They corrected the problem in our lower level to a degree. They left a cement mess on the floor where it was uneven. They had one of the guys fixing it and pulled him to do another job. No one ever came back to finish. We don't have water in the house now but the way they did the discharge our yard is now a huge muddy lot.The drain wasn't put out in a lower part of the yard so the water has no where to drain.I had a problem and they sent an employee out asap which we were impressed. However the work order is almost 5 months old and no one came to fix it.I was told at first they could come out and fix it for a price !!!! They are overpriced, made the mess and want to charge us. They never finished the first project but made sure they had their money, Very unprofessional management. The workers were trustworthy. Never dealt with a company like this before. I have called, left messages and e-mailed..NOTHING !!!!
