I have bought flowers from here a few times, and the staff have always been friendly and helpful. Recently I bought this arrangement for my grandmother's 90th birthday. They were very helpful and arranged pickup outside their door. The location can be a bit difficult to find, because it is on the backside of a plaza with no signage on the parking lot that you have to drive through to get there.
I ordered the Sunnycrisp Bouquet. Honestly, very disappointing. It seems like someone tried to copy the photograph of the original without understanding any of the principles behind it. The sunflowers are tiny and green in the center, the color choices all clash instead of match. In the original photo there are small yellow flowers which would tie things together, in the one I got they are white. The rest of the colors of the flowers are off too. While it doesn't seem like a huge deal, it does make a big difference, and the result is a sad bouquet that i might find sold at walmart, certainly not the skill I would associate with a 70$ bouquet of flowers.
Great experience! Ordered flowers at 9 AM and they arrived to their destination within a few hours, same day. Arrangement looked great and the price was just as good as/slightly cheaper than competitors. Quality product/service and on time, I recommend!
I originally gave tidy a bad review as the flowers I ordered were not sent, instead another arrangement arrived, I have since had a phone call from them apologising for the mix up and they have rectified the situation. I am very pleased with their quick response
I came here to pick up some flowers for my sister and I would say that the front desk is really disorganized. It's Valentine's Day tomorrow and when I walked in, they literally had mixed two customer orders. A customer before me has came to pick up his order, and instead was confronted with about 2-3 ladies just standing and bickering back and forth. One lady ended up coming up to him and laughing that the other customer will come back with there order. I can't believe someone's lost order was taken so lightly. When someone finally came to help me I kept telling the associate the name of my sister and the name of who it was for and she couldn't find my order. After about 5-10minutes shes finally began typing the name of my sister in the computer, then regurgitated basically the same information to her which I had been telling her the whole time. Now about the flowers. My sister paid about 75$ for them and I would hands down say the presentation is in pretty bad condition.. Most of the tips of the flowers are dried to the point where they are cracking. Some of the leaves are really yellow and dried as well. Also, DYING. I'm really concerned about the florist who arranged the and thought that that this was ok. They had also included a little card which my sister and I thought was cute, until we opened it. It was basically a piece of normal regular paper that had been perforated and torn. I hope they invest in some cardstock in the future.. My sister mentioned to me after I got home that they gave her a slight discount because they couldn't deliver to our house in time. However, I can't believe that they didn't mention that to me or give me a proper invoice for it either. The only reason I'm giving this place 2 stars and not one is because very few the flowers actually look vivid and are ok. However I would not recommend coming here. It was nice to go somewhere local where it took me 15 minutes to go to, BUT I'd rather travel downtown to my favourite floral shop that takes me 1.5hrs to get to and is wayyyyyy better and cheaper than this.
Took very long time to get back to us via email on average two weeks, sent us to the wrong location for our consolation. More expensive than the average florist we have found. On the bright side, this does seem like it is an isolated incident.
We have made orders to Tidys from Australia over many years for deliveries to Ontario. It is an easy transaction and we always get positive feedback from the recipients. Highly recommended.
I shop here on a regular basis, I buy Lila’s for my mom and their stuff is lovely. One of my fave local spots for flowers in the city
