My wife's office is nearby, so this flower shop is very convenient. I usually don't know what to pick up, so the staff is very accommodating and helpful in making suggestions. Just like many businesses with staff turnaround, there have been times when I've ordered a bouquet and they weren't delivered. As long as what is required is understood, Flower Gallery delivers a good product. They will even sometimes throw in a discount. I will continue to use them.

Excellent customer service! Very pleasant staff. Sue and the new owner go above and beyond to accommodate the budget I tell them & deliver an exquisite and outstanding product (pot of plants or boquet of flowers). All of my collegueas loved the plants/flowers arrangements they received whenever I order from Flower Gallery. Regardless of the event & budget, they always deliver excellent products - as always! 💖💖Always a happy & loyal valued customer going 3 years now. Thank you!

I'm a regular customer and always order flowers on all different occasions organized for collegueas. Very convenient location. Just a walk & across the street from where i work from the hospital. With the set budget given, the shop always deliver the best set of products (flowers or plants) as requested. With always excellent customer service and reasonable rates based on budget given, I recommend it 5 stars. One of the staff named Sue and the new owner are both accommodating and always deliver the best result recommended. My colleagues loved the flowers and plants ordered from the Flower Gallery. Thank you and I will see you again for another order this Monday! ~Jie
