Flower Creations

I am pleased to say that I am both greatful and impressed with the flower arrangement I have purchased from flower creation. The workers are both hard working and creative and always try to meet the need of their customers. I was a first time buyer but hope to create a long term relationship with this store for future celebrations. I highly recommend them to anyone.

I have always been impressed with the flowers I receive from Flower Creations. I use them to send flowers to my clients when the occasion arises. I definitely recommend them!

Not happy with delivery and service. I checked up on the status of the delivery of the flowers only to have someone from the company named Gabrielle talk over me constantly as I was trying to emphasis the fact that it needed to arrive a earlier in tbe2 day so that the person can receive it prior to going home on a Friday. Had the receipient not receive it on time it would sit in storage over the weekend. Gabrielle explained to me that she would call and tell the receipient that there were flowers on the way. I explained to her it was a surprise. She gave me a huge "sigh" and continued to interrupt me multiple times as her frustration grew. At the end of it all, the flowers were delivered but not pjcked up. You'd think that when you pay an exuberant amount of money to complete a simple task such as delivering flowers that they would treat you better and have the decency to ensure that the person receive the order.

Didn't have that great of an experience with them. The vase fell through the packaging they gave me and smashed on the floor within a few steps from leaving the store. They were unreasonable and didn't want to help with any of the cost to repackage. Not to mention, we payed a ton of money for the arrangement, so it would have been courteous to accept some responsibility.
