I was provided with the rental car, while Carstar was performing repairs on my vehicle back in February. I have received excellent service from Dmitriy Karpenko, he was friendly, fast and efficient, explained details and answered all the questions. Other staff members were excellent as well. I was visiting Calgary and was in need of a rental on two different occasions. Dmitry helped me both times, selecting the best suited vehicles for running errands around the city and my trip to Banff. He made the rental process very fast, easy, and simple, and I was on my way in no time. I really enjoyed the flexible time and dates when returning my rentals as well. Very impressed by the vehicle selection and professionalism of the staff, and I will definitely be using this service again when in Calgary.
