Victor was professional, friendly and fast when I rented a vehicle mid-December. Would definitely recommend this location, as it is not nearly as busy as other (downtown) locations. Bonus - I found out they'll give you a ride home after the rental and pick you up! How much better can it get? Happy New Year 2018!

I made a reservation on a full size car. The staff was intentionally trying to giving me Elantra Hyundai which is definitely not a full size car. My buddy and I felt that the staff was unprofessional even in car condition checking-up process (before handing over the key). It was the worst experience I ever had from Budget in Canada and US.

I rented a 5 ton truck here and the guys- Victor and Isabel treated very well. These guys are awesome. I highly recommend them for promotion.

I rent from this location almost weekly for work purposes. All the staff is great but Shay and Rachelle go above and beyond with making things go smooth for me. I'm on the road quickly and effortlessly. As my vehicle needs often change from week to week they always do a great job of ensuring I'm in the right vehicle. Their warm and polite personalities make the experience enjoyable. Theses two ladies go above and beyond each week.
