Three Chimneys Inn and ffrost Sawyer Tavern overlook the Oyster River and Old Mill Falls, Here, New Hampshire’s historic seacoast greets the foothills that form the southern gateway through our Lakes Region to the White Mountains' northern "ski country." Only an hour from Boston, the Inn is a central location for all of your needs.

The Three Chimney's Inn offers 23 guest rooms between the main house and the carriage house while also providing dining services in the upstairs dining room, the tavern, and the terrace when the weather is fitting. Three Chimney's also has banquet rooms for special funtions, weddings, anniverseries, business meetings, etc...

I've stayed here once and eaten at the tavern twice. The rooms are historic and quaint. The bed was comfortable, entryways were narrow and the wood floor creaked with every step. The restaurant is in the basement. It has an old time pub feel. There food was good, if a little pricey, but I got more than a simple meal. This was a dining experience. I plan to live it again.

I can't attest to price because I was flown here for a job interview, but this is a charming and quaint inn. The breakfast was great, the staff were friendly, and there's waterfront in the front and a spooky graveyard out back. The rooms are a decent size and perfect for 1-2 people if you're sharing a bed. Great decor and great amenities!

Went for dinner last night. Ended up in the Tavern which was cozy and welcoming. My husband and I laughed how the menu seems to change each time we go- and each time we are thrilled with whatever we order. It is always delicious! We cleaned our plates! The service was friendly and helpful. We felt welcomed and well cared for! Just the right balance of attentiveness and privacy. We felt we could relax and take our time, but always had what we needed to enjoy a lovely evening out! Add to that it is conveniently located- with plenty of parking, it made the night that much more enjoyable!

Fantastic stay. This is our second time staying and has become our go to place to stay when we come down for Haunted Overload. The king size bed is very comfortable and my wife and I love the hot tub. And the complimentary breakfast is excellent. But the best part of it is the wonderful atmosphere. From the old timey feel to the wonderful outdoor environment, I look forward to staying again in the future.

Spacious, well appointed rooms. Great Tavern on site. Attentive and gracious staff. A great old New England Inn.
