Just got here after 2 1/2 he drive after work to attend conference. Desk staff friendly and helpful. Fridge microwave and coffee in every room.....which is spotless and appealing. Breakfast available in a.m. so far very impressed and happy!

Staff, especially William, is phenomenal! Very friendly and accommodating. The room was clean, the salt water pool inviting and morning coffee hot. Will definitely stay again.

Nice clean facilities. Beds are super comfortable, and the staff is very friendly. They could do better on the complimentary breakfast (needs more bacon). Would stay again.

We were there, along with a lot of other guests for a wedding. I called earlier in the day to confirm what times the shuttle was running to the venue and was treated extremely rudely by Fawn who answered the phone on two separate occasions. When we arrive, we went up to our room to find huge holes in the walls all the way down the hall and the carpet tipped up and thrown into a pile in the corner. There was exposed insulation and this was the same on all floors. The hotel was undergoing some type of extensive renovation of some sort and should have been closed, or at least have it done one floor at a time and close that floor. There is no excuse for arriving in a hotel and seeing construction material all over the place. My comforter on the bed was dirty and stained. The air conditioning didn't work in the halls. When I told this to the hotel staff, the front desk clerk listened and was courteous and gave me a $50 credit, however this room was in no way was worth $150. The other wedding guests I spoke with had the same experience and the parents of the bride told me that they lost their reservation and didn't have a room for them. The next morning, I arrived at breakfast at 9:55 and they were already putting it all away and didn't offer to get me anything and said I had to eat whatever was left out there. We stay at Comfort Inn when we can, but after this experience, we wont be doing that again.

This may be billed as a two star hotel in listings, but this is an exceptionally nice, affordable place to stay. The value in terms of what you get vs. what you pay is favorable. The rooms are well appointed and our room was immaculate on check-in. Staff have all been friendly and helpful. One housekeeper in particular was kind and cheerful when we needed emergency vacuuming. (Toddler) Another instance found a maintenance man stepping outside his role to help me dispose of bagged trash. (Toddler again) The continental breakfast is good, with hot food offerings of eggs, sausage or bacon, and fresh waffles from an easy to use iron. Plenty of cold options are also available, plus fresh fruit, OJ that isn't gross and as much coffee as you need. Every Wednesday night there is a free dinner. There is easy access from the parking lot to the building. I've docked a star because the WiFi is not very good. Clients seem to be capped around 3Mbps and it is hard to do more than one thing at a time. One night I needed to download a 2.3GB file and it took hours. Like five hours. Download speeds were sometimes as low as 5KB/s. Yes, 56Kbps dial-up modem speeds. Just writing that initiates scent-memory flashbacks!
