I had an amazing experience at Hard Rock Cafe! The atmosphere was fantastic, and the food and music truly lived up to the Hard Rock vibe. Tracy, our server, was exceptionally warm and welcoming, going above and beyond to make sure we had a memorable time. Her friendly attitude and attentive service added a personal touch that made our visit all the more enjoyable. I can’t wait to come back – thanks, Tracy, for making it a standout experience!
This was not the greatest hard rock I’ve been in and I’ve been to quite a few. I love coming to the hard rock but this was a let down. The meat quality in my steak was not up to the same standard as ones I’ve had in Manhattan, Orlando or Europe. The Hurricane cocktail did not arrive in the cocktail glass it arrived in the beer glass. The pizza was cold we had to send it back. I’m pretty annoyed as I do love this chain but I feel like I wasted quite a bit of money at this location.
Hard Rock Cafe is an American restaurant chain that is known for their rock-and-roll memorabilia decor. This location can be found in Niagara Falls, ON off of Falls Ave.nnI've been to Hard Rock Cafe in the past so I already knew what to expect; decent food, good service, and high prices.nnI started with the One Night In Bangkok Spicy Shrimp. The sauce was delicious, but they were too heavily breaded.nnFor my entree I chose the Baby Back Ribs. The ribs are seasoned with a signature spice blend and then glazed with house-made barbecue sauce. They were a little overcooked/dry, but still enjoyable.nnThis place has a great vibe, but don't come here expecting the food to be amazing.nnOne Night In Bangkok Spicy Shrimp - 7.5nBaby Back Ribs - 7.6nSeasoned Fries - 7.4nSmokehouse Beans - 7.3nnFood - 7.5nService - 8.3nValue - 7.3nnRestaurant score - 77
Was finally able to get to this restaurant and I was not disappointed. We were seated quick, waitress came to our table very quickly and took our drink order. Drinks were brought out quick as was our food considering there was a large party before us. Food was delicious and just the right portion size. Just a little pricy but that's to be expected. The purple haze was 19.99 CAD
A really nice Hard Rock restaurant with a great menu that tastes good. There are some really interesting pieces of music history throughout the restaurant and the staff are all super friendly and helpful. A great experience - I particularly liked the poutine fries as a side to my burger.
