The WORKS Gourmet Burger Bistro

My family and I went there today Aug1,2022 for our first time. The restaurant is very nice with medium volume music playing in the background that won't annoy you while talking to others. Shaina was our server. She always shows up to help with smile. She's very very nice, gave us time to figure the menu out, she did our Pepsi refill without us asking, explained the menu very well, and told us about the favourite beer options, and gave us a few sample shots!! The food was seriously very good!! Perfect sides, delicious Kobe, and cheese stuffed burgers, soft bun, and a lot of topping options to choose from that made us hardly decide which-one to get!! Also, they have the option to modify the selected topping in a way that you like. For example I removed pickles and added mushrooms instead. Overall, very fair pricing, good food and beer7% one gets u drunk lol and having Shaina as our server made us wanna go back again very soon!! Thank you.

My family and I came here recently after driving pass this place for over a year. We decided to eat on the patio. As we sat down and took a look at the menu which was a bit overwhelming with all the burgers and add-ons. We notice a lot of flies but that wouldn’t stop us from eating on the patio on such a beautiful evening. We finally figured what we want to drink and eat so I order the Long Island Par Tea which wasn’t long at all.. I had to ask our server if it had alcohol in it…. It’s suppose to have Vodka, Gin, Rum & Triple Sec… I tasted zero alcohol…. My wife order the crush the bulldog… to our surprise it was just a slushy in a measuring cup with an upside down Sole beer…. Very disappointed seeing I’ve had bulldogs at many other restaurants before.. My wife and I also had the B.A.B burger with Kobe Style Wagyu Beef and was disappointed once again. The burger Patty was on the dry side. My kids got a plain Burger meal and a poutine meal. The poutine was Good! And the fries were good! I was really rooting for this place but unfortunately I was disappointed.

Been coming here for a few years. Always enjoyed a pint and a burger here. Really good portions. Freshly made and good flavours. I usually order with sweet potato fries. My husband orders with regular fries. Definitely one of the enjoyable eat in burger joints. Very friendly staff and nice seating as well. It’s not Toronto craft grade but a rare find in the suburbs for sure.

Great burger place, will def return. The place was remodeled a number of yrs ago, great lighting and cool industrial vibe. We had... Burgers lol. Fresh and tasty. Fries were great bottomless! but the onion rings were better. Quick friendly service, if you love burgers you need to give this a try.

Staff was very friendly. The owner or manager came and saw us. They told us they didn’t like how the onions turned out. We thought they turned out amazing, and they did! But he brought us more! Really happy we got food at this location we will return during are next road trip!

Amazing burger place: delicious, beautiful and fresh!!!! Service is so friendly and polite. Highly recommend it.

My husbands Birthday today and he felt like a “Good Burger” We chose the Tragically Maple burger.. The Works did NOT disappoint!! Amazing from the first bite!! We highly recommend!

My girlfriend and I went about a month and a half back we were one of the only people there and all of a sudden the waitress came up with a free appetizer for the both of us. Really friendly staff there I have both the cook and the waitress a tip. I can’t say I’ve ever had a complaint about The Works burgers or service and the service I received that day topped the cake for my favourite burger place

I've wanted to check this place out for a while and I'm so happy I did! The staff and owner were great! It's a little pricey for burgers but was one of the best burgers I've had and the absolute best GF bun I've EVER had! 3 thumbs up for this place, I'll definitely be back.
