The floors here are slippery with the chairs. But otherwise, we were there saturday and it was so nice seeing a hard worker. The person in charge of cleaning was doing a great and thorough job. Food is always great, still my favourite burger place. Fries are a must!!! So good
Everything feels like it's been blowing up too long and it looks like it's not appetizing. I called Uber to deliver the meal. This restaurant is less than one kilometer away from me, but the burger I got is almost cold. I hope you can keep the temperature of the food before the fast food is taken. I don't think I will eat it again, but the waiter in this restaurant is very good. Last time I went shopping, she gave me two cookies for free. Thank you. I give this four star rating to her.
Overall, the food was good. It’s similar to shake shack but not the same taste. The burger was OK, smaller in size than other places and it could use more bacon. Service was fast.
After living downtown for many years and eating at the original location I think my expectations were quite high. I placed an order through Uber eats one evening, my burger was undercooked and not very tasty. The poutine was decent. But overall I don’t think the food was worth the price. UPDATED REVIEW: Thank you to Burger Priest for reaching out and expressing how important it is to your business to deliver quality food. I have since went back to The Burger Priest and I must say I was very pleased with my experience. The food was made on the spot so it was hot & fresh when I got it. I had the California Classic which was cooked perfectly, the buttered buns gave it an extra UMPH! And the poutine was good as well. I really enjoyed my meal this time around!
A wonderful place to eat, I've been here numerous times. The atmosphere is great to bring friends to catch up with and the employees are always very kind and attentive. One of them has a cool hat. I tip every time. Their burgers are incredible, and their fries are good too. Their milkshakes are delicious, even if they can put a lactose intolerant person out of commission for the rest of the day. Still worth it. Only downside is that anytime I've tried to order pickup on their website, it never goes through. There seems to be an issue with their payment system. Their patties also tend to be a bit small, but paying for more isn't too much extra. Regardless, it continues to be one of my favourite restaurants in the area. Parking: There are some spots surrounding the building and throughout the plaza. Usually not too busy.
I was extremely excited to try this place but was pretty let down. The fries were good and they give you a good amount. I got the bacon double cheese burger and there was one small piece of bacon. The flavor wasn't horrible but nothing special very similar to five guys The price doesn't reflect the quality in my opinion, $36 for 2 burgers I expected much better. I've heard great things about the other location so couldn't wait for the newmarket one to open but unfortunately won't be back
I had the VATICAN CITY which came with 2 patties and two grilled cheese buns! My wife had the California Classic Burger & a Poutine! The burgers were amazing but the poutine was salty. I will definitely return and try the poutine again to see if my review helped with the salt.
Placed a order today through uber eats, store failed to read the order properly resulting in me receiving 3 tenders instead of 5. Why am I paying the same for receiving less? Been years since I ordered from burger priest and this experience probably will not order again.
I had the Priest burger combo. I really enjoyed it. The mushroom cheese thingy on top of the hamburger patty is sooo good. I will return for sure.
You guys ruined all my good memories from The Burger Priest, I tried almost all the Burger Priests in Ontario, this experience was so bad, even McDonald’s is better than what you gave me and my family today, the burger tasted horrible bad oil smell that still I feel it, fries was mushy and burned, I won’t comeback there again, looks like because of pandemic you forgot how you made your burger! the location and staff were good.
