ive ordered here before and i love the food but while i was ordering the woman at the front was very rude. Later on when i complained about the rice having moments where it was rock hard they refused a refund and were even more disrespectful then before.
Not sure how they operate but there phone lines just ring out with no one answering the phone Shared with employee at upper Canada mall. And without any care said we usually don’t pick up the phone
Had a Mediterranean roll for approx 10 dollars and found the taste to be bland. The lady making the roll was non-interested and end up making a disgusting roll. Not to forget that I have to ask her 2-3 times to put more other wise I would have gotten worse than I had. Overall felt like I donated my hard earned money to a charity serving free food. Big disappointment!!! **some people in Canada are earning 10 dollars after working an hour or so, please respect customers coming your place for spending their hard earned money!
Food is tasty and healthy but staff are pretty slow or just plain new.
I made an order through Uber Eats and did not get the food I asked for. Originally staff were laughing and said they don't know what to do. Asked to speak to a manager and was told "she is not here", asked how do they fix orders that were completed wrong and the worker laughed and told me that I could drive there to pick it up. I told them that if I could have picked it up wouldn't have asked through Uber Eats. Conclusion: I had to eat what they gave me!!! Will not be ordering through this company again!
Food was okay but customer service was horrible. We went up to order and the lady proceeded to roll her eyes at us since she was cleaning up and packing up an hour before the restaurant closed. She was extremely rude during the whole ordering process. Once we sat down to eat, three other people tried to order and they were told to go somewhere else because it was too late to order and they were trying to clean up. it was then 40 minutes before it closed. We will definitely be checking who is working before we get food from there. Very disappointed.
Mmm !!! So delicious this place, and ALWAYS fresh too. But recently they have gotten so stingy, and give small portions for quite the price. Probably will NOT go back to this location AGAIN.
Absolutely disgusting. Found a hair in my meal, a thick long black one, just like the staff who prepped my order. They refused to refund me, only offered to make another meal - as if I was still interested in eating after that. DO NOT GO HERE!
My friend recommended the green warrior smoothie. I couldn't see how it could taste good with spinach and avocado in it, but it was amazing! The pineapple and frozen yogurt somehow makes it work, I guess. This would be great as a meal replacement.
