First time. Great Greek food. Friendly service. All products sold are from Greece. Priced fairly. Ordered the chicken/pork gyros pita, pork gyros poutine. Delicious 4.7 out of 5. Diffentanly the place to eat if your visiting Upper Canada Mall.
My friend first showed me this place and I can see why. Has to be some of the best greek food I have ever eaten, and for a place in the mall it is easily one of the best places to eat. I don't usually right reviews unless I really think a place deserves it, and after I ordered the "2 pork stick rice bowl" it definitely did. I am mostly writing this review because I want to continue eating here, and want to see the business grow, and thought this might help.
So, I want to start off by stating that the food was actually delicious. I ordered a chicken salad, which was essentially a side greek salad with a single skewer of chicken souvlaki. The salad was so small and cost almost $16. It did not even include tzaziki, which I assumed was a staple included with any souvlaki. It was an extra $3 for a tiny container of tzaziki and then to top it off, the person helping us either forgot to give us salad dressing or simply did not because we ordered tzaziki. At the end it was very lack luster and definitely not worth the money for those looking to get a low carb option. It also took about 20 mins for me to get my salad. No one ahead of me. Salads are pre-made. I just believe they made the souvlaki upon ordering. So, it was very fresh and yummy, but for 2 very measly salads I waited over 20 mins and was incredibly disappointed. I have ordered salads from other Greek establishments and it lasted me 2 meals, was incredibly delicious as well. Again, not a bad place in terms of the quality of the food, but you'll leave hungry if you order the salad. Dietary restrictions: Keto
Gyros are so good! One of the best in the Newmarket Aurora area! The mini store is super cool too, with a coffee bar, very authentic feelingFood: 5/5
Had an amazing lunch today at The Hungry Donkey, my first time eating here. I ordered the Gyro Club wrap and it was the best Greek food I've ever had. The meat was so juicy and fresh and bursting with flavour. The wrap was very soft and it was cut into quarters like a club sandwich. My sister got the chicken bowl which was also very tasty. Highly recommend and will definitely be eating here again soon!

Ordered on Uber Eats and it did not disappoint. The flavours were very delicious and truly authentic. We enjoyed the two pita’s chicken souvlaki and gyro Greek Fries and Tirokafteri ! I have not had greek food this good in years. I would highly recommend trying it out. Very reasonably priced for what you get in my opinion.
My husband got some sort of sausage wrap and I tried one bite and immediately regretted what I had ordered for myself from a different place in the mall. The sauce was so good and the veggies nice and fresh. The bread tasted like they made it themselves and the meat was great too! Hope this place sticks around. We will be back!Food: 5/5
Wonderful new Greek street food place in Market and Co. At Upper Canada mall. It’s been on my radar since I saw it would be opening and finally was able to make it in… and am I ever glad I did! The market portion has a selection of imported products, and their freezers are stocked with many take-home products as well. The person at the cash provided a pleasant ordering experience, and was willing to adjust the sweetness of my frappe to your liking. The gyro itself was delicious, the meat cooked perfectly and just the right amount of sauce and toppings. I’m full now or I’d head back and order more. Can’t wait to try again. Don’t sleep on this magnificent new local eatery!
Probably one of the best gyros I’ve ever had! It was fresh and quick and so delicious. Such a cute place, staff was super friendly also. Easily the best place to eat in the mall.Food: 5/5
