The Village Bake Shop

The reason why I came here is to try their Apple fritters and is amazing! They taste so delicious and even have small chunks of apple cover in cinnamon inside. I recommend coming early, by 12pm is sold out.

We have been coming here for a few years now. It's always an amazing place. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. We have tried crave donuts and they don't even come close to how amazing and fresh the village bake shops donuts !! Everything from here is so fresh.

My wife is part dutch and introduced me to this place a few months ago. Let's just say I'm a regular now and consider myself an honorary Dutchman . This place has a very inviting charm to it. Prices are absolutely fair and portion sizes from the bakery are spot on. Staff is super friendly and professional. They have a deli that definitely delivers on freshness and visual appeal.

We stopped by to get some ingredients for a dutch recipe my daughter was making for Christian Life Centre. Of course we filled the shopping cart with lots of treats for us and gifts for family even an coffee for myself. The staff are always friendly and really helpful. The store is larger then before and well laid out to keep customers apart and a flow to registers. They have dutch and other counties merchandise, fresh sliced meat & cheese and of course a very large selection of baked goods. Open Tuesdays to Saturdays.

OMG YES!!! What are you waiting for — just get here!!! I love this place and am still tasting everything. My favourite are the Long Johns!!

We live across the street and come here often. They have amazing products and the owners and staff are so nice. Things are very reasonably priced, especially compared to other bakeries. I just wish they would start making sandwiches in house again because they were amazing and the perfect lunch!

Everyone truly looks and acts like they enjoy working here. Went in for some sweet treats. The danish, donuts, and fritters were fresh and delicious. It is hard to go into this Bake Shop for only one item. I always walk out with my hands full.

This is a Dutch deli, store and bakery. The business is family-owned. The staff are friendly and helpful. They have a great variety of Dutch food and gifts and their apple crullers are terrific.

I ordered the vanilla raspberry cake with whipped cream in the middle! for a birthday from Village Bake Shop not knowing what to expect as I’ve never been here. When I called to order the lady who took my order was so pleasant and helpful! She even recommended doing whipped cream in the cake and leaving the butter cream icing, which I appreciated. When I went to pick it up the bakery is so clean, and such a fun place to look around! So many treats, and grocery items, every baked treat looked delicious! And very fair prices! All the staff were very welcoming as well. Now on to the cake… I was expecting a average bakery store cake. Nothing extraordinary. But OMG!!! It was THE BEST birthday cake I’ve ever eaten! Ever! So fresh and soft, filled with fluffy whipped cream and raspberry. The butter cream icing was perfect!! Not too sweet and very creamy. 5 star cake! Everyone at the party raved about it. I will definitely be back to purchase another cake and try all the the other goodies! You made a regular customer here. Keep up the good work!

The chocolate dip donuts were great! All their baking looks good. Will definitely return to sample more goodies.
