Staff are very friendly. I ordered a steak pie and a cappuccino. The food tasted lovely and fresh.

Very tasty baked goods I enjoyed a corned beef and potato pasty

Love this place. The cheese straws are always my go too. But their sweet baked goodies are also pretty great!

I went in today as there is not a Gregg's in the town, bad mistake. The steak bake and the pork and apple roll I had was just very flakey pastry that disintegrated into millions of crumbs on biting and it went absolutely everywhere, the filling was sub standard, it tasted more like reconstituted meat. I will not be going in any more Copeland's out of principal, even the card payment machines were not working, very poor in today's day and age. My partner had a chicken bake and that was much the same, but also very bland tasting. Plus to make things worse the chicken bake was served to her straight from the oven, far to hot for consumption. If I could give 1/2 a star I would.

Today we were in we ordered cheese straws. Soon as we left .a member of the public walked in with just a normal ordinary dog .not a guide dog or that .and she had it tucked under her coat .no member of staff said anything and they allowed her to be in a place where food hygiene is supposed to be taken seriously but quite clearly wasn't .

Every visit to whitby and we visit a lot, we use Cooplands bakery. The sandwiches are amazing so filling. Pasties etc are baked on site and perfect. The staff are so friendly and helpful. Keep.it up you guys. Fab!

Coopands is a very nice bakers with loads of delicious food!. I had a cornish pasty from the bakers in Whitby and it tasted delicious it was the best one I've ever tasted in my life!. Same with their cakes they are very tasty.

Had a lovely bacon barm yesterdayalong with a very nice cappuccino coffee, staff were lovely and friendly, also brought some scotch rolls home and they were delicious

Loved this place a real old fashioned pub lovely staff and even though it was daytime its got a fabulous vibe
