Ordered three drinks from here. The flavours were ok nothing crazy. All drinks were supposed to be cold but one was warm when we got home. Did find them expensive for what it is. However the gentleman at the counter was very nice and helpful and had great customer service.
The mint chocolate tea w/boba I got was amazing from this place! Such nice costumer service the employee is very sweet and helpful with any questions I had: will be a regular spot for me! Update just got a the dalgona caramel drink it’s it was the best thing I’ve ever tasted. Perfection

I’ve came here since the grand opening, absolutely love it! My boyfriend and I come here all the time, Ali is the best! What I love about this place over other bubble tea places is that there’s always something new to try!!! Kid-friendliness: Staff are kind to all people!!! Went for the promotion of free drinks for first 100 customers. My husband and I got the regular milk tea and taro milk tea with pearls. Both were very delicious and flavourful. The tea tasted fresh and both drinks were not watered down. Pearls were also cooked to the perfect consistency. Their prices also seemed a little lower than what else is in the area. We will be returning.
Don’t go here. You’ll waste your time and money. You may as well drive two kilometres north to go to GongCha The staff don’t know what they’re doing and the drinks are overly sweet. I asked for two drinks $16, and the staff said that ice is mandatory and that I cannot adjust the sweetness level. You would think that the staff would put the drink and ice into a shaker cup, and then pour that into the bubble tea cup, so that it is cold. But they don’t know how to do that, nor did they try. Then I get this bubble tea with the cup, filled to the top with ice, and only 100 mL of drink, leaving the balance of my bubble tea in the mixer cup in the kitchen. What a waste of money and drink! Won’t go here again! I was excited to try out this located, too. Go to GongCha!
Drinks are solid from what I tried so far. Best tea shop in Whitby that I've found. One drink was about overly sweet and no option I could see was offered for different sugar levels.
I’ve been ordering from here since they opened this location and it’s always been delicious. I’ve ordered a variety of drinks and every time they have been so yummy!!! Love it here Dietary restrictions: It was really great that they have caffeine free options for pregnant customers
In this afternoon, I ordered one cup Regular taro milk tea, one cup yogurt smoothie,both no tapioca, and one cup strawberry smoothie no tapioca, and use a coupon— buy one regular size bubble tea get one free , regular original milk tea with tapioca, they charge me $20.30 including tax, but they gave me only a yogurt smoothie and taro milk tea, regular milk tea, no strawberry smoothie, then they said they didn’t charge for it, I payed again $6.77. Finally, total cost $27.07. In fact, Menu price: regular taro milk tea—$5.49, regular size smoothie $5.99x2, $5.49+$5.99*2*1.13=17.49*1.1313%tax=$19.74. They didn’t realize that is wrong when I asked them. Three kids with me, I just really disappointed.
