Shan's Roti House

Ordered the goat and the wife ordered the shrimp. Let me tell you the goat was so tender and delicious. The flavors are amazing and the portions are filling.we've ate here before and had the roti versions. It's definitely a must try.

The basic chicken curie with roti or rice is amazing. Reasonable price for a healthy dinner or lunch. It is hard to find 'take out' with healthy ingredients, especially this delicious. I've seen the clientele build since they first opened up. My food has always been fresh.

My husband had a craving and he was very happy with his lamb double and lamb Roti. He said it was a similar flavour to our favourite roti place in Toronto, that closed down during Covid, so I’ll be having a roti next time. Friendly sweet people and delicious food. Doubles are delicious I reheat in air fryer to crisp up some and the lamb roti, the beef roti and the chicken roti are all delicious! I can never decide which filling as a result of them all being so good. Have to branch out and try some other menu items. I have read a few times now that the beet salad is divine!

Been by for the Chicken, Goat and Lamb rotis. Not bad, decent portions, dalpuri channas in the roti skins. The Goat is my go to but the lamb is beyond tender if that's your thing. My Gf loves Shans curry chicken and there's tons in there making for a filling chicken roti.Food: 4/5

First time customer at Shan's. Ordered 4 Dahlpouri Roti & 2 Goat Curry for under $40. Food was excellent and will order from again in the near future.

The curry chicken Roti and dinner are both delicious, the best I’ve had in awhile. Shan’s has become one of our regular take-out places!

Finally a roti place in Whitby, we have been waiting eagerly for it to open. Wife had the curried lamb dinner and I had the Chicken roti. No complaints, enjoyed the meal, will be back next Sunday.

Curry chicken roti was tasty, but more potatoes then I like. Tried the doubles, it was sour tasting and the cucumber was not needed. I would go to Lena's for the doubles.

Not West Indian Doubles- Ordered doubles but sadly these are not west indian doubles as you may be expecting. Calling these Indian fusion doubles would be a better representation of what you get. Instead of Bara on the outside with chana on the inside you get an Indian style roti with either chana masala or India veg on the inside they also have meat options but these are with potato and meat. The flavour was good when compared to other indian food, but again this is not a typical trini doubles, this is indian fusion.
