I’ve used this UPS Store location for all my Amazon returns and other shipping needs. I have read the dismal reviews and I’ve honestly never had a poor experience here. I recently used this UPS store again and the staff was polite, courteous and helped me with the box I was sending out. There was a lengthy line but the staff appeared to handle things smoothly. There was a problem with one of the label printers as you enter the store for packages and a staff member quickly attended to the person needing the machine for her order. I was looking for negative customer interaction but saw none and was pleasantly surprised how helpful the person in the store was with me and my order. I wished there were more UPS stores closer to me but have never had issues with customer service at this store and never had any problems with deliveries getting to their destination. I recommend this store and will continue to use them. I’ve used them dozens of times.
I’ve used UPS for all my printing/shipping needs for my business. I’ve NEVER experienced such rude & unprofessional treatment until this specific location. I had contacted this store needing prints done prior to 4/20/25. Sharon THE OWNER said that would be doable since I had placed this order 30 days in advance. She never got back to us in a timely manner & anytime I was on the phone with her, she was EXTREMELY disrespectful. In my 6 years of doing business with UPS, I’ve never dealt with someone as rude as her. She definitely has no place dealing/working with businesses and quite honestly UPS as a whole. Unfortunately I will be switching companies. She did email us AFTER 4/20 saying the prints were in. I ignored it as I didn’t need them. I just called today and politely asked if by chance they still held onto my items & she didn’t take long to rudely comment back to me. So because she was slow at her job, my business had to suffer? A simple “no, I’m sorry we tried to get this done for you” would have worked a hell of a lot better than “no, no no- I contacted you multiple times…” someone needs to be reminded who is the customer here. Sad that Sharon is unfortunately the owner & poorly representing UPS.
I’ve had a mailbox at this UPS Store for years, and the staff has always been courteous and helpful. I especially love how quick and easy the self-service Amazon return kiosks are—huge time-saver! I know others have had different experiences, but I’ve only ever encountered friendly faces here. A little kindness goes a long way, and it’s always been reciprocated. Highly recommend!
The best description for this store is 3rd-class rude, inconsiderate, eye-rolling, unprofessional behavior. Not one person but the entire staff especially the manager. I so wish there was an option other than this location. Customer service is beyond yuck!! So unfortunate folks at the store do not know how to be kind and considerate.
I was there to return some packages to Amazon. I set them on the counter when the guy behind the counter asked how he could help. He stood there obviously irritated so I finally said “What do you need me to do?” He responded that he needed codes. I asked what codes and he rolled his eyes and said “Are these Amazon returns? If so I need the code from the app.” He told me I could print the labels at home or my office, then said I could have them printed there. He seemed super irritated I decided to do that. When he went to the back he even said loudly “Jesus Christ” on his way to the printer. When he got to the final package I pointed out it wasn’t taped and he said “I’ll do that later.” After I paid, I asked him to tape it while we were there. He did, with an incredibly large amount of continued attitude. He was also rude to others waiting, as if we all return items to Amazon daily. I wouldn’t go back to this store under any circumstance again.
