From the beautiful and practical designs suggested by the sales consultant, through the tight scheduling by their logistics person, through the construction phase by their expert (and friendly!) craftsmen, our kitchen renovation project was a huge success. Our project included floors in two rooms plus a pantry, new sink and hardware, and all cabinetry in our 140-year-old home. I would recommend The Board Store most highly!

Good quality and priced right. When you pick out a custom item for ordering it can take anywhere from 3-6 weeks. That can suck but is pretty normal when getting custom furniture. We've bought several pieces (Smith Brothers) from them and each one arrived in perfect quality. The delivery drivers are on time, quick, efficient and respectful of the items they're delivering and also of our house and the stuff already inside it. Will buy again from them!

Now that a certain male salesman has recently been released from the company, I may actually bring my patronage back to this business! Rumors aren't always true, but when they are, they do nothing but tarnish a reputation. Good on you for choosing integrity over $$, BS.
