I came here to try on athletic shoes for cross-training and was hoping to have more help or recommendations while shopping. One employee did help point me in the right direction of a shoe I was looking for. I asked about ordering a shoe in a different color that wasn't in stock; she helped me quickly and got it ordered in store so I didn't have to pay shipping.
Dont buy the insurance they try to sell!! We were over promised and very much underdelivered with their service. We were told about two years ago when we paid about $300 +/- for a bicycle, which we bought two, checking out, if we bought this insurance, we could just bring them into the store and they would give our kids new bikes. Both my kids heard that, my wife and myself. Why wouldnt we buy this! So we bought. Now, when the time has come, service has been horrible and of course everything we were told originally, has just been lies. Will never go back and will be spreading the word! Greedy corporate at it again!
More employees than customers and still knowing to help. Too bad sports authority is still not in business.
I wish the inventory listed on the website matched the store
The staff was amazing. They have always been very courteous and willing to work with us on any issue we've had. No pressure on sales and always given good advice. Love that store!
We went back a few days after the quarantine lifted. The employees were masked, friendly, and helpful. Everything I wanted was in stock, and my kids got to dream about kayaks. : It was a great visit.

I'm not rich. I like their stuff, but can't really afford $90 flannels, $30 stocking hats or $65 gloves. I don't really like shopping so if I need something I just want to be in & out, not annoyed by the prices to the point where I have to leave and go somewhere else.
Extremely clean and organized store!! Excellent selection of women's athletic shoes, and clothes, and all employees we encountered were perfessional and pleasant.
I always find the shoes I'm looking for when I shop here! The staff is friendly and the layout is easy to navigate!
