Bought a new phone at the Kiosk.....Alyssa was the one who handled my purchase. She was fast, efficient, explained everything thoroughly...I am happy with Koodo.

They seem to have constant issues with their computer software crashing at this kiosk. About 50% of the time I am there, they are unable to assist as they're systems tend to be down.. customer service is great , their employees seem genuinely apologetic for this inconvenience, and handle it very well.

What a complete joke! incompetent, unprofessional staff. I waited twenty minutes to finally talk to someone at the counter, when I finally got there I ended up talking the most clueless salesman. After spending another twenty minutes giving him my details, agreeing to a plan, credit check etc, he finally opens the cabinet to realize that they DON'T ACTUALLY HAVE THE DAMN PHONE IN STOCK. Complete waste of my time. Do yourselves a favour and just buy online. Maybe if enough people avoid places like this they'll close them down. Honestly just bulldoze that mall already, they never have anything in stock anyway.

Went in the tonight january 23rd 2020 in quite a tizzy because the phone I bought about 3 months ago just wouldn't work!! The manager, Christine, was so patient with me and helped me get it all sorted. Incredible customer service, will be sticking with this provider as long as she is there!!!

Helped me out right away. Awesome service! I think some people are just "bad customers" . I had to wait so long for service...but I understood that four customers and two staff meant that I was in for a bit of a wait, common sense and the like. I waited and when it was my turn I was helped and left.

Horrible customer service! I've been with Koodo for 12 years. The plan has ALWAYS been in my name. I had spoken with customer service on the phone and arranged for a trade-in as my phone was not working properly. No problem. When I went into the Owen Sound kiosk in the mall, the horrible woman there told me she could not help me because the account was in my husband's name. It has never been in my husband name, he has NO cell phone. She did not offer to look into it at all. Horrible!

Friendly staff. Good service. Would recommend to my friends and family.
