Had a package stolen at this location unfortunately or randomly it just happened to get “lost” and the guys behind the counter starting cussing at me saying it was my fault when I came in wondering what happened 
Simply asked them if we can check the cameras the day I walked in with 2 boxes and they claimed I had one
But they responded with “oh the cameras don’t work here”. Ups?..cameras not working?..that’s odd 
Honestly couldn’t believe the customer service here

Would stay away from this place and double check your receipt if you drop off multiple packages.

I have used it in a pinch.  A little pricey to send things.  The gentleman who works the front desk is awesome.

I have had great experiences with this location. The tiny store is always clean and surprisingly well-stocked. The clerk is very friendly and polite. I get fast service. They answer their phone very quickly and with a smile in their voice. I wish they were in charge of all of my packages - USPS seems to get the majority of them through transfers, and they cannot match this store's customer service.

The employees at the Western Lights location in Syracuse are the most polite and professional I have ever met. Well run store and a pleasure to do business with.
