Store is always clean, staff is always friendly, and the produce section in particular always looks beautiful! I have to give a special shout out to the deli guys, I'm always happy to do business with them!

2 full carts of groceries the manager walked by never said hello never offered to help the Checker bag groceries or put them back in the cart stood there and talked the whole time we were there with her back to us there was also three or four other employees standing around visiting no one bothered to offer any help or assistance how rude unprofessional.

Bad area in Syracuse? You've obviously never seen a bad area. Syracuse feels safe to me, try walking in South Gate (L.A.) at night. While I was impressed with a lot of the food offered (I'm Vegan), the employees could be a lot better. I scanned a box of cereal, and the system calls for assistance; why? I wait while 2 employees were 3 feet from me yakking, a 3rd employee appears, and understood that there was a problem. She said, "scan, and bag the box." how novel, I guess I couldn't read. She kept trying to put the box in a plastic bag, while I showed her that I have my own, re-usable, bags. She kept insisting on plastic, and I walked out--not worth my time.
