Visited Mavis today for the first time I need to get my tires rotated and I believe I had a slow leak in my right rear tire. The customer seriver rep was very welcoming and made sure I understood the the repairs that my car tire needed there was little to no wait I was literally the only person at Mavis for like 15 min and I was beening taken care of. The waiting area looked like it had not been cleaned since yesterday but other then that all was great.

The worst service I have ever experienced. The manager gave me false information on two occasions and when I arrived expecting my tires he looked at me strangely and said "we don't have your brand." This was after he made me wait while smoking a cigarette for 10 minutes when no one was in the establishment. Two separate occasions and two major mistakes. Coincidence...I don't thinks so. Just bad un organized business. They need to communicate and put someone else in charge. I am very disappointed. There mistakes have caused my family and I time and frustration. Terrible business.

Wouldn't let them take the training wheels of my sson's bike. Never again bringing a car there

This Mavis is a great fast service good managers and great staff to and I'll be bringing my care back again for more service

This place is wonderful. Jaun is so helpful and the manage ment team has changed. Anyone who have given up on this location should give it a second chance seems to me as the new manager justin has made some positive changes here
