If you’re looking for professionalism, knowledge, experience and respect while spending your money, visit and ask for Madeline. The guys she sent out for installation were equally as dedicated and respectful. I strongly recommend them.
Great experience with the installation team and those in the office, Sherry, Marty and Madaline. When the carpet had a flaw, they addressed the issue and replaced it at our convenience. Would definitely go back again.
The sales rep, Erin, was very professional and helped us pick out materials for a new kitchen floor. She even visited our home to make sure that all the measurements were correct. The installers, Rich and Mike, were fantastic. They took exceptional care that everything was done right. We're delighted with our new floor.
I was referred here by Jay @ China Towne. Jay said this was the go to place for wall/wall carpet. I worked with Madeline & she gave me a great price of $5.49 per square yard for Mohawk carpet with an 8 lb pad. Price includes installation & removal of existing carpet. We are getting the living room & hallway done for now. Madeline is great to work with.
The whole experience of getting new carpet was great. Marty the sales rep was great at accommodating our budget and making sure we got the colors we wanted. Installation was fast and well done too. Would highly recommend.
We purchased carpet for 3 bedrooms in 2012 and were pleased with the experience and product. We then purchased 2 area rugs in 2019 and have been equally as happy. Friendly, informed, not-pushy personnel and reliable timelines. Highly recommend.
I have done business with Onondaga Flooring for 14 years, in two houses and a rental apartment. They are great to work with. Fair prices, good advise, and excellent installation crews. Could not ask for more. I don't bother to look elsewhere!
