The Asian woman who supposedly manages the store has not a care in the world if your packages get damaged.  I had fragile this end up stickers all over my box.  She just drops my box on the concrete floor, wrong side up!!   When I said something to her about handling it more carefully her response was " Why? Others will do that" .  
What a horrible person.  Although I know The Store is separate from UPS, I haven't used UPS since.

in and out,  got my package shipped with no wait.  tons of parking available

Staff was nice and helpful for my shipping.
Suggest better way for packing and it was great.
