We had put off buying a mattress until the last possible moment. The Salvation Army was taking our old one and we were in need to replace it. Luckily, we went to Mattress Firm and received great service from Jessica Hunt. Jessica helped us secure a great price for a mattress we thought was very comfortable. She informed us that a show room was closing at a neighboring store and that she could mark off the listed price if we were comfortable taking the mattress. We saved over 200 dollars for our mattress and are very happy! Jessica was personable and willing to quote prices on multiple mattresses we were looking in to. She demonstrated phenomenal customer service skills and should be recognized for her service. If I need anything in the future for a bed, I will happily return to Mattress Firm Rensselaer. Additionally, I will recommend their store to others to hopefully enjoy a similar experience of my own. Thank you Mattress Firm and Jessica!

The sales lady was awesome here. She wasn't pushy at all and spent a lot of time with me trying to fit me with the correct mattress. The mattress that seemed to fit me best was more expensive than I wanted to pay and she worked with me to get the price down. In the end, I was satisfied with the deal we made. Great buying experience. The delivery guys were awesome also. Would definitely shop here again. 4.5 stars.

Salesman Don Roberts was great. We appreciated his non-pushy service. He let us look around, and then ehen we told him what we were looking for, he showed us several options and answered all of our (many!!) questions. Outstanding service!

Stacy was a great women she hooked us big time got us a great bed and some pillows and sheets freaking amazing coming back in future to get our dream bed

Very easy and smooth time here manager was able to help us out greatly with buying two mattresses they were fair on the price didn't follow you around the store. I would recommend shopping at this location I was extremely happy with the service here. Mattresses were delivered on time as well with full set up.
