Made an appointment to get tires changed stated be here early get you right in. 8:45am as asked.Showed up and 10 other people there were told same thing. No real appt made.then waited 2.5 hours plus one guy had his car still unfinished from the day before.He finally left with a friend. Misleading appointments.I was able to get right in not my car.if you go bring a lunch or use the matress store next door to kill time.And yes they try and sell you more than you want.If you have little knowledge you will leave there broke.You have been warned

Went in for a state inspection. Waited in the waiting room for 2 hours. Finally one of the employees came and got me to show me the front brakes and rotors needed to be changed due to rust or they would not pass my car. Saw hardly any rust. They were magically running a deal for brakes and rotors. Never coming back to this place.

Terrible. Had to go back 3 times for them to complete work and we're very rude. Work was never fixed, and used cheap products. gave up.. Third mavis store that I have visited. Done.

Everytime I've been here there has been a fairly long wait, mainly because of how many customers they seem to keep. I've always had knowledgeable employees working to keep me informed on what they're seeing and fixing on my car. I've also observed the lengths to which they will go in working with even the most difficult customers, including some that I was about to tell off just being a bystander.
