AT&T

The people here are really nice and very helpful. It just seems to take forever when you go in here, not sure why exactly but plan accordingly. also the location kind of sucks for a worldwide Corporation - it is tucked in an out of the way corner with cramped / limited parking !, I live in wynantskill and barely get two bars at my home, really wish they would do something about that. Overall I am "satisfied" with my cell service in general but as with anything it could be better.

Given bad information about home service internet and direct TV. Manager useless forgot to order box for phone and internet. Became so fustrated that I went back to spectrum. But there's more they forgot to enter a e mail and give pass code on my account, so now can't cancel account. Don't waste your time there.

I'm giving 5 stars because the service was excellent and information provided was honest and accurate. Still frustrating to find the lack of options in cell providers/services from the major players in the marketplace
