We bought fish and while I really prefer to do my shopping at smaller stores instead of corporate chains, the strange boy helping us (who seemed like he'd rather be at drama camp) did know enough about fish suggest limiting the numbers based on tank size, etc. I will buy fish there again. They do have a nice disply.

I am writing about the East Greenbush location specifically, when cashing out today for the same exact item twice, the item came up with different pricing. I asked the cashier (516041) why this happened and she called a manger named Liz to come and assist her. When Liz came over she said and I am reiterating her exact words :"THAT IS THE WAY IT IS, THERE IS NOTHING I CAN DO". I looked at her in amazement and asked her why they would come up different amounts (the items scanned as $19.99 and $26.00) when they were exactly the same. The response was, "there was nothing she could do she did not make the pricing!" I honestly said to the cashier this has to be the worst customer service I have experienced and I will not shop here again. I asked the cashier for a way to do a survey on my experience and she said to me, "you will have to look it up". Well guess what....I did! Honestly, what has happened to a good customer experience? Both these individual's should be spoken to and reminded what it is like to offer good customer service. This customer will NEVER shop there again!
