I had an excellent experience at The UPS Store. The staff was incredibly friendly and efficient, handling my package with care and ensuring it was shipped out quickly. They were also very knowledgeable about the different shipping options and helped me choose the best one for my needs. The store was clean and well-organized, making the entire process smooth and hassle-free. I also appreciated the range of services they offer, from printing to mailbox rentals. Highly recommend this location for all your shipping and business needs!

My experience at this location was worst experience ever. They don’t know how to deal customers. The staff was very rude and not helpful at all. When I asked the girl for her  name over the phone, she refused to give her name and hung up on me and the manager was not problem solving at all!

This is the worst location of UPS. The lady there was extremely rude and when i dropped my prepaid packages to the location, she didn't even scan them and didn't help me. Why is this location even operating at the first place?nnMy advise for other people is do yourself a favor and not come to this location.

I asked them to make photo prints of 7 photos I have on my phone. They put them in a folder and I paid for them. When I got home I there was a line across all the photos that  wasn't in the originals. I took them back to the store to show them. They said I would have to pay to have them done again. They should have checked them before they gave them to me and fixed them. They wouldn't admit it was their fault. It was their printing machine that was at fault and I told them to get it fixed. I argued with the woman who has a bad attitude and finally after giving her some of her own attitude I got a refund. She should stay in the back of the store so they can have better public relations. This is store 508 at 180 Sandalwood Parkway in Brampton Ontario. I see many bad reviews here and I think the main office  should take action.

Thanks Gurkirat for bring this issue...we had same issue from this location and it noted you there has multiple issue due mishandling by ups store or drivers and they blame sender for not packing it properly. me and one of our family friends send something same day from this location both of our parcels were damaged and were discarded...no attempt for dilvery were made and status's shows receiver rejected the package...we reported to store no refund or compensation was given and it's 5 moths....Staff is nice but the Lady boss is very rude...don't want to take initiative to accept the mistake and take corrective action...instead start blaming us, customer service, driver...Her approach  Was straight up that we they are there to collect money not to provide any customer service in return. I'm very  unhappy  with their services. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. And I'm sure that she would reply to this post stating that they don't know me and to call them straight.
