This is an absolutely superb place for your desert cravings… the staff is so humble and welcoming that you will feel like home. The quality of ice cream and other deserts are simple top notch. Would recommend to visit it and I will surely visit many more times. They have a huge variety of dessert as well.
I visited this location today for takeout, and although the store wasn’t too busy, my experience was aweful. We ordered the “Heaven on Earth” signature waffle, but the hygiene standards were terrible—both employees were handling food with their bare hands.nnAdditionally, I received a small scoop of ice cream with my waffle. When I asked about it, they told me I had to pay extra for a large scoop, even though the menu clearly states that a large scoop is included for $19.95. Who trained these employees? It seems like they’re deliberately misleading customers to cut costs, as I noticed others being tricked the same way. To make matters worse, the sauce container was barely half-filled. This location is a complete disaster!
I ordered strawberry funnel cake today and a scoop of vanilla ice cream. I paid $7.99 for this “scoop” of ice cream. Absolutely ridiculous. How do stores that price gouge their customers stay in business? I won’t be ordering again. The container isn’t even full.
Tried their funnel cake with soft-serve - delicious! Tasted crepe and waffle at different locations - can’t complain.
The guy working here always seems to be alone and the place is always slammed...really need to get him some extra helping hands. Appreciate the quality is pretty consistent even though he's having to do a bunch of orders at the same time. If you're not in a rush, I'd recommend it!nnIt is quite pricey though. $18.95 for a funnel cake and about $10 for milkshakes both good though, definitely cures the cravings!
