I wouldn’t recommend anyone to book their child here. There plenty of other better Pedeatrician offices out there. The reception here is absolutely horrible & the doctors here have no professionalism & have some sort of short term memory. I booked my son here for a vaccine & when I came in for my appointment they said the doctor has left & that they don’t have my appointment. I called back to book another one & they put me on hold for a whole 23 minutes. Then they cut the call. I called back from a different number & they put me on hold for 6 minutes then cut the call. Everytime you call they put you on straight hold without even saying anything for over 10 minutes. The receptionists don’t even speak proper English & when I had come in for my previous appointment for my son the doctor was so strange, no engagement with my son whatsoever then first told proceeded to tell me that I already had the vaccine then said oh sorry you didn’t have the vaccine. They have absolutely no idea what they’re doing here. This office does not care the slightest about their job & so shouldn’t be doing it. There’s plenty of other better Pedeatrician offices out there that will definitely do much better than this garbage.
Pathetic place. Have been sitting here since 2pm and i was told wait time is 1 hour and i agreed to wait but it has been around 2 and a half hours and i am still waiting. What is the point of walk in clinic if we still gotta wait for 2-3 hours. Horrible experience, never returning back. Just came here thinking that the clinic is punjabi,hindi speaking but if we couldn't get the treatment there is no point of going to such places and to my surprise i waited 2.5 hours just to be examined by doctor under one minute.nHorrible
Receptionist puts calls on hold and then no one picks up or they hang up on you. I’ve been on hold for almost a hour and all they tell you is to keep holding. Not only that the wait times are ridiculous. For walk in its minimum 2 hour wait time. Most the time the doctors and employees are not even working but talking while patients wait for their turns after already waiting for hours to see the doctor. Truly unpractical clinic. Wish I could give a 0 star.
One of the worst experience in terms of patient satisfaction. Took 2 hours for my turn. I asked after an hour about my turn receptionist said one more before u. 2 more went and my turn didn’t come so had to yell at the receptionist as I was in great pain. She told u can now go in room# 4. Waited for 10 mins nothing happened. Asked one passing staff about doctor she said y u r in this room doctor will not know u r here then stood outside room 3 and went in as soon as patient left. Doctor said hv a seat and he left . After long 25 to 30 mins wait he comes in and looks at me in a hurry and gives me prescription of antibiotics and goes to attend another patient. That’s y there must b more than one doctor or u don’t accept patients. Clinic condition was bad looked more like a restaurant during Covid. I asked for a mask and the receptionist said we don’t keep masks nOntario government needs to do Quality check on these clinics coz it’s the people who pay them thru taxes.
Not even 1 star..nThis is the worst clinic if you are walking in...they will easily make you wait for 3 plus hours...they have no consideration for other people time...nSo do yourself a favour if you are a walk in client...stay away if you want to save your time...
