The receptionist don’t even know how to talk politely. She talks to you like if you owe something to her. No other issue with the clinic just the behaviour of one of the receptionist. Be polite and patient with the customers. Thank you
Hello, I just wanted to thank Rakai and Prachi for a great experience at this location. I walked in to schedule an appointment. They were very professional and nice. These two individuals were able to help me by booking my appointment at my earliest convenience.
Extremely professional staff, that are always on time. I've done x-rays and ultrasounds without any issue. Go to your appointment a bit early and there will likely be no delays.
Great clinic! Fast, and professional. Safina was my ultrasound tech, she's very friendly and professional. Most of my ultrasound got done with her, she’s one of the best tech I have ever met. Highly reccomend. Book online or call them directly and ask for Safina to have a wonderful experience.
Very poor customer services..i call three time to book an appointment every time they put me on hold for so long and never responded back..i even request to listen me atleast but still the receptionist told she is very busy with the patient. She might be busy but for how long..better not to pic calls if you just want to put on hold.
