The lady that works at the front desk very RUDE!!! We've complained about her customer service how she's not friendly and always has attitude! NOT coming back!!!

My daughter came here to train two years ago and loved it the minute she walked in the door. The coaches are very knowledgable and make sure your child trains safely. The atmosphere is very pleasant as well. I never feel uncomfortable or unwelcome when I am there. My main focus is for my daughter to be happy and get the training that she needs to be a successful gymnast. She is getting that here plus a whole lot more!!!

My girlfriend had her sons birthday party there and the woman behind the desk was absolutely rude. Not only was she very demanding and controlling but she was completely unpleasant. I don't think she even knows what a smile is. I also feel that people should be told before they rent the place that adults aren't allowed on on the equipment. If you're going to pay $120 to rent the place you should be allowed to jump on the trampoline or into the foam pit with your kids. I understand there's liability issues but it would be nice to be given all the information up front. It's a fun experience for the children but the staff could use some work I rate this place very low and would appreciate more friendly staff.
