Since lockdown I've been getting back into guitar after a long hiatus and my guitar was sorely in need of some repairs. They did a great job of fixing it up and it feels and sounds much better now!
Just got my first classical guitar from here. Love the place in first sight. Staffs are friendly and full of knowledge. Grant helped me with the set up, and he is awesome!
This music store is fantastic. I could have changed strings on my old guitar here for half what I paid at a Thorold store. Also that could be done while waiting, not left for over 3 days. I will certainly bring my newer guitar here, forget Thorold.
It took longer and cost more than I expected, but I got to say, they did a great job fixing up my banjo. It was an instrument that was well played, but poorly maintained for about 20 years, and they gave it some serious TLC. The level of detail was unexpected, and it sounds better than it has in ages. Thanks Anne!
Purchased an expensive, used Les Paul from Nick. Very patient with all of my questions, arrived incredibly well packaged and in better condition than advertised. Great place all the way around!
